  • MLO can choose which lender to go to and has to choose either Lender Paid comp which can be non-competitive or choose Borrower Paid comp where they have to place and disclose all compensation UP FRONT to the borrower, which also may look non-competitive.

  • The Best of Both Worlds without the downside. MLOs can choose to go with any of our 60+ approved Correspondent and Wholesale Lenders.
  • MLOs use non-captive underwriters and underwriting guidelines

  • Our broker pricing is raw pricing right from the sheet with no company holdback added on. ITIN, DCSR, Foreign National, Bank Statement, P&L, etc We have that!!
  • Our Correspondent pricing is discounted and you can choose to make your compensation in three ways:
  1. Collect all of your compensation in Yield Spread
  2. Collect all of your compensation up front in Box A
  3. HYBRID Approach - Collect some upfront and some in the yield spread. THIS IS THE DIFFERENCE MAKER
  • With rates going up and YSP going down, you need flexibility. Offer the lower rates with a small upfront charge and collect the rest of your commission in yield spread. 
  • You will capture more business and blow your competition away. Flexibility is the key!
