Bryan P. Ehrlich

CEO/General Counsel

Bryan P. Ehrlich has served as CEO for Innovative Mortgage from the company's inception. He is a licensed attorney, licensed realtor, and licensed loan originator. Bryan began his career in the mortgage industry as a retail banking loan officer quickly achieving top production status. He later managed a regional retail origination division before founding Innovative Mortgage Services in 2004. Bryan has his Bachelor of Arts and Masters degrees from the University of South Florida. His Juris Doctorate was completed at Florida A&M College of Law.

Suzanne Ehrlich

President/COO

Suzanne M. Ehrlich has served as Chief Operating Officer for Innovative Mortgage for over 15-years. Suzanne has an extensive professional vitae in retail banking and retail loan origination. Her prior industry experience includes having served as a retail banker, senior loan processor, and operations manager. Suzanne served an instrumental role in founding Innovative Mortgage and guiding the company through its continued growth. Suzanne has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida.

Andrew Kashella

VP/Chief Talent Officer

Andrew (Drew) Kashella is Vice President and Chief Talent Officer for Innovative Mortgage. He has over twenty-five years of experience as a sales executive with extensive experience in residential mortgage sales, servicing and management. Drew has served in numerous leadership roles including branch, district and regional management. He also has a depth of experience in marketing, compliance, quality assurance, collections and call center management. Drew’s professional background also includes lead distribution, loan origination and sales, profit center management and internal operational, regulatory, and statutory risk management. Drew received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola College in Baltimore.

John Tredo

Chief Accounting Officer

John Tredo is the Chief Accounting Officer for Innovative Mortgage. Prior to joining Innovative, he worked for eleven years in public accounting, focusing on tax and financial accounting for small and mid-sized companies, tax services for individuals, with a foreign tax specialization. John also has experience in both insurance and service industry accounting. He also has a background in the Financial Services and Banking industries, previously holding various securities licenses, with extensive knowledge of back-office operations. He was a member of Beta Alpha Psi and has his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
