Innovative Mortgage offers three compensation plans. Each plan empowers loan originators to elect and modify their compensation quarterly. Originators can also modify their plan quarterly as well. Innovative deducts a flat transaction fee from the loan originator's elected compensation and disburses the balance to the loan originator.
All compensation plans include:
- Correspondent channel commissions disbursed within 1 -business day of funding.
- Wholesale brokered transactions compensated within 3-5 business days after funding.
- Mobile friendly, originator branded, dynamic consumer point of sale application with automated document upload & pdf conversion.
- Advanced loan origination platform with built in investor pricing, eDisclosure & eSign, document storage, automated status updates, & 1-click run AUS.
- LO branded credit portal where clients consent, request & pay for credit reports.
- Dedicate transition support & onboarding support.
- Direct lender pricing & extremely competitive retail pricing.

100% Plan, $595 Transaction Fee
Loan originators remit a technology fee to our LOS provider in the amount of $79.99/month for unlimited and multi-device access. Originators elect their compensation quarterly. Originators collect revenue on each transaction equivalent to their elected compensation for TRID regulated transactions (non-TRID loans fall outside of the compensation rule). Loan originators are compensated 100% of their elected compensation less $595. Originators are compensated individually on a 1099 basis as independent contractors where permitted. For W-2 states originators are compensated 85% of their elected compensation after deducting the $595 transaction fee. Originators are responsible for all their individual expenses.*

100% Team Plan, $595 Transaction Fee
Submit loans directly through the Team Leaders LOS access or remit a technology fee in the amount of $79.99/month for individual unlimited LOS access. Originators elect their compensation quarterly. Originators collect revenue on each transaction equivalent to their elected compensation for TRID regulated transactions (non-TRID loans fall outside of the compensation rule). Based upon an agreed upon split, loan originators and their team leader/branch manager share 100% of their elected compensation less $595. Originators are compensated individually on a 1099 basis as independent contractors where permitted. For W-2 states, based upon an agreed upon split, loan originators and their team leaders share 85% of their elected compensation after deducting the $595 transaction fee. Originators are responsible for all their individual expenses.*
