Is there a way to download Arive to my computer?

No, Arive is not like Calyx. It's a web-based system which means you can use it on ANY computer and even in a web browser on your phone.

What's the link to login to Arive?

https://250769.myarive.com (I highly recommend you bookmark that link on any computer/device you plan to use Arive on frequently)

Where do I find the link for the application that I should share with borrowers?

Sign into Arive. Go to your icon in the top right corner. Click on the icon. If you click on the 2 boxes next to "Borrower Portal" it will copy your link automatically for you to send or put in your email signature. Or you can click on "Borrower Portal" and copy the link from the new page that opens.

How do I add the new Arive borrower link in my email signature?

For a Google based email, go to your settings from within your email. It is the wheel at the top right of the email page next to the question mark. Once you select it you will be in settings. Then scroll down the page to view your email signature. Next, click on the link currently embedded into the signature and then right click on it to open options. Then edit the HTTP so that it is the new POS from Arive.

How do I update my state licenses?

Once you're in the "User Settings" in Arive, click on the "Licenses" section on the left. Then in the top right, click on "+ License"

Add in your License # (usually your NMLS number), your license state, when you're renewed through, and check the box for "Authorized to Conduct Business." PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ONLY ADDING LICENSES FOR STATES WHERE YOU AND INNOVATIVE ARE BOTH CURRENTLY LICENSED.

How do I update my DU/LP credentials?

Once you're in the "User Settings" in Arive, click on the "Credentials" section on the left.

Then you'll add in your Credentials for each individual item across the top:

Credit Accounts - add in your personal credit credentials from the credit vendor that you work with. (see this page on our website for our list of credit vendors: https://www.innovativemlo.com/marketing-resources)

AUS - DO - add in your personal Fannie Mae credentials, just as you did in Calyx.
